    ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْحَىُّ ٱلْقَيُّومُ ۚ لَا تَأْخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ ۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يَشْفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِۦ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَىْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ۝٢٥٥

    Allāhu lā ilāha illā huw(a), al-ḥayyul-qayyūm(u), lā ta'khużuhū sinatuw wa lā naum(un), lahū mā fis-samāwāti wa mā fil-arḍ(i), man żal-lażī yasyfa‘u ‘indahū illā bi'iżnih(ī), ya‘lamu mā baina aidīhim wa mā khalfahum, wa lā yuḥīṭūna bisyai'im min ‘ilmihī illā bimā syā'(a), wasi‘a kursiyyuhus-samāwāti wal-arḍ(a), wa lā ya'ūduhū ḥifẓuhumā, wa huwal-‘aliyyul-‘aẓīm(u).

    Allāh - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursī extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

    Qur'an 2:255 · Saheeh International

    Whoever recites this in the morning is protected from jinn until evening.

    The Three Quls

    Al-Ikhlas

    قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ۝١ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ۝٢ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ ۝٣ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ ۝٤

    Qul huwallāhu aḥad(un). Allāhuṣ-ṣamad(u). Lam yalid wa lam yūlad. Wa lam yakul lahū kufuwan aḥad(un).

    1Say, "He is Allāh, [who is] One, 2Allāh, the Eternal Refuge. 3He neither begets nor is born, 4Nor is there to Him any equivalent."

    Qur'an 112:1–4 · Saheeh International

    Al-Falaq

    قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ ۝١ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ۝٢ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ۝٣ وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ ۝٤ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ۝٥

    Qul a‘ūżu birabbil-falaq(i). Min syarri mā khalaq(a). Wa min syarri gāsiqin iżā waqab(a). Wa min syarrin-naffāṡāti fil-‘uqad(i). Wa min syarri ḥāsidin iżā ḥasad(a).

    1Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak 2From the evil of that which He created 3And from the evil of darkness when it settles 4And from the evil of the blowers in knots 5And from the evil of an envier when he envies."

    Qur'an 113:1–5 · Saheeh International

    An-Nas

    قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ ۝١ مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۝٢ إِلَـٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۝٣ مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ ۝٤ ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۝٥ مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ ۝٦

    Qul a‘ūżu birabbin-nās(i). Malikin-nās(i). Ilāhin-nās(i). Min syarril-waswāsil-khannās(i). Allażī yuwaswisu fī ṣudūrin-nās(i). Minal jinnati wan-nās(i).

    1Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, 2The Sovereign of mankind, 3The God of mankind, 4From the evil of the retreating whisperer - 5Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - 6From among the jinn and mankind".

    Qur'an 114:1–6 · Saheeh International

    They will suffice you from everything.

    Morning Supplication

    أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، رَبِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَٰذَا الْيَوْمِ وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهُ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَٰذَا الْيَوْمِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهُ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَسُوءِ الْكِبَرِ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ فِي النَّارِ وَعَذَابٍ فِي الْقَبْرِ

    Asbahna wa asbahal-mulku lillah, wal-hamdu lillah, la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir. Rabbi as'aluka khayra ma fi hadhal-yawmi wa khayra ma ba'dah, wa a'udhu bika min sharri ma fi hadhal-yawmi wa sharri ma ba'dah. Rabbi a'udhu bika minal-kasali wa su'il-kibar. Rabbi a'udhu bika min 'adhabin fin-nari wa 'adhabin fil-qabr.

    We have reached the morning and at this very time all sovereignty belongs to Allah. All praise is for Allah. None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone, without partner; to Him belong all sovereignty and praise, and He is over all things omnipotent. My Lord, I ask You for the good of this day and the good of what follows it, and I take refuge in You from the evil of this day and the evil of what follows it. My Lord, I take refuge in You from laziness and senility. My Lord, I take refuge in You from torment in the Fire and punishment in the grave.

    Sayyid al-Istighfar

    اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَىٰ عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

    Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya, wa abu'u bidhanbi, faghfir li fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta.

    O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I take refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sins except You.

    Whoever says this with conviction in the morning and dies that day will enter Paradise.

    Pleased with Allah

    رَضِيتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا، وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ نَبِيًّا

    Raditu billahi Rabban, wa bil-Islami dinan, wa bi-Muhammadin sallallahu 'alayhi wa sallama Nabiyyan

    I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad ﷺ as my Prophet.

    Allah has promised to please whoever says this.

    For Pardon & Well-being

    اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي، اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي، وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي، اللَّهُمَّ احْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَينِ يَدَيَّ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي، وَأَعُوذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي

    Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyata fid-dunya wal-akhirah. Allahumma inni as'alukal-'afwa wal-'afiyata fi dini wa dunyaya wa ahli wa mali. Allahummastur 'awrati wa amin raw'ati. Allahummahfazni min bayni yadayya wa min khalfi, wa 'an yamini wa 'an shimali, wa min fawqi, wa a'udhu bi'azamatika an ughtala min tahti.

    O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in this life and the next. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay. O Allah, preserve me from the front and from behind, on my right and on my left, and from above, and I take refuge in Your greatness lest I be swallowed up by the earth.

    Allah is Sufficient

    حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

    Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa, 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul-'Arshil-'Azim

    Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Magnificent Throne.

    Allah will suffice whoever says this seven times morning or evening.

    In the Name of Allah

    بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ، وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

    Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'as-mihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim

    In the name of Allah with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

    Nothing will harm whoever recites this three times.

    Glory & Praise

    100×

    سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

    SubhanAllahi wa bihamdih

    Glory and praise be to Allah.

    Muslim

    Whoever says this 100 times a day, his sins are forgiven even if they were like the foam of the sea.

    Declaration of Oneness

    لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

    La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir

    None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and all praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.

    Whoever says this ten times is as if he freed four slaves from the children of Ismail.

    Salawat on the Prophet

    اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَىٰ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ

    Allahumma salli wa sallim 'ala Nabiyyina Muhammad

    O Allah, bestow Your peace and blessings on our Prophet Muhammad.

    Tabarani

    Allah's peace will be upon whoever sends salawat on the Prophet ten times.

    Seeking Forgiveness

    أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

    Astaghfirullaha wa atubu ilayh

    I seek forgiveness from Allah and turn to Him in repentance.

    Evening Supplication

    أَمْسَيْنَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ، رَبِّ أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ مَا فِي هَٰذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَخَيْرَ مَا بَعْدَهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِي هَٰذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَشَرِّ مَا بَعْدَهَا، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكَسَلِ وَسُوءِ الْكِبَرِ، رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ فِي النَّارِ وَعَذَابٍ فِي الْقَبْرِ

    Amsayna wa amsal-mulku lillah, wal-hamdu lillah, la ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir. Rabbi as'aluka khayra ma fi hadhihil-laylati wa khayra ma ba'daha, wa a'udhu bika min sharri ma fi hadhihil-laylati wa sharri ma ba'daha. Rabbi a'udhu bika minal-kasali wa su'il-kibar. Rabbi a'udhu bika min 'adhabin fin-nari wa 'adhabin fil-qabr.

    We have reached the evening and at this very time all sovereignty belongs to Allah. All praise is for Allah.     Refuge in Allah's Words

    أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

    A'udhu bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq

    I take refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

    Muslim

    Nothing will harm whoever says this three times in the evening.

    حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ، عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

    Hasbiyallahu la ilaha illa Huwa, 'alayhi tawakkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul-'Arshil-'Azim

    بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ، وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

    Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'as-mihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i, wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Alim

    In the name of Allah with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.

    لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

    La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir

    None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and all praise, and He is over all things omnipotent.
